Dodgers News: Andy Pages Voted Dodgers’ Winner of Heart & Hustle Award for 2025

LOS ANGELES, CA—Over the weekend, the Los Angeles Dodgers announced the winner of the 2025 Heart and Hustle Award, which is presented yearly by Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association to one player on each team who “best embodies the values, spirits and traditions of baseball,” along with factoring in on-field performance.

This season, the award winner for Los Angeles is second-year outfielder Andy Pages.

Pages is having a terrific sophomore year for the Dodgers, slashing .276/.317/.465 with a 116 wRC+ and posting a 2.9 fWAR entering August.

Pages has also made strides this season in defense, going from a possible weak link in center field to one of the best defensive outfielders in the sport with a 95th percentile ranking in OAA.

Pages unexpectedly became an important player last year and has stayed as the Dodgers’ starting center fielder this season. Hernández and other teammates have praised Pages for his ongoing development, which once suggested he was on course for selection to the 2025 MLB All-Star Game.

Pages joins recent Dodgers voted as team winners, including Teoscar Hernández (2024), Freddie Freeman (2023), Trea Turner (2022), Chris Taylor (2021), and Max Muncy (2019).

The league-wide winner will be announced in November on MLB Network following the end of the 2025 season. No Dodgers player has ever received the overall winner title.
