As we learned before a trade for the Dodgers usually is not that simple. There could be a lot of moving parts and multiple teams. There will be more info as the Winter Meetings continue. On MLB Network though Ken Rosenthal said he stands by his original tweet and teams just finalizing. BREAKING: Dodgers agree to acquire Aroldis Chapman. It is being reported this morning by multiple sources that the Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds have agreed on a trade to send the Left-Handed closer to Los Angeles. Ken Rosenthal was first to report.

The Dodgers in need of Bullpen help now have an incredible late inning combo with Kenley Jansen and Aroldis Chapman. As of now the plan is to keep both closers and make that back of the bullpen strong.
The deal is reportedly for two prospects but unknown who they are at the moment. We will have more on this as it becomes available.
The Dodgers were first reported to have strong interest yesterday and were very confident they would get a deal done.
