Chavez Ravine, CA — The Dodgers are expected to promote left-handed pitcher Justin Wrobleski, reported first by Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic. Wrobleski is expected to make his major league debut this Sunday against the Milwaukee Brewers.

Wrobleski has proved to be one of the fastest-rising pitching prospects in the Dodgers organization. LA selected Wrobleski in the 11th round of the 2021 draft and before the draft, he underwent Tommy John surgery. His arsenal is highlighted by a blazing upper-90s fastball that swiftly blends into his cutter, curveball, and changeup.

Wrobleski was promoted to Triple-A in mid-June after posting a 3.06 ERA and 1.04 WHIP with Double-A Tulsa. The Dodgers are going to give the ball to Wrobleski, rather than taxing the bullpen even further with a standalone bullpen game.
