Dodgers News: Dodgers Included in MLB’s 20-Team In-Market Streaming Plan for 2026 Season
The Dodgers are part of a 20-team rollout bringing in-market streaming subscriptions to fans in 2026.

LOS ANGELES, CA—As Major League Baseball gears up for the 2026 season, the league announced that 20 teams, including the Los Angeles Dodgers, will offer in-market streaming subscriptions.
Joining the Dodgers on the 2026 in-market streaming list are the Diamondbacks, A’s, Orioles, Reds, Guardians, Rockies, Royals, Angels, Marlins, Brewers, Twins, Mets, Phillies, Cardinals, Padres, Giants, Mariners, Rays, and Nationals.
Each streaming option available within the market provides all local games to subscribers across the team’s home area, thereby removing local blackout restrictions.
For the Dodgers, their primary home for regular-season broadcasts is Spectrum SportsNet LA. They also introduced a similar plan within the MLB app to eliminate local blackouts, alongside their own streaming service, SNLA+. This service lets fans within the Dodgers’ market access archived and live games, pregame and postgame coverage—including during the playoffs—as well as episodes of programs like “Backstage Dodgers.”
As for fans like myself who use MLB.TV, that feature will now be accessed through the ESPN App in the United States this season, following a partnership between the two sides in November.
Existing MLB.TV subscribers will be automatically renewed via their MLB.TV account. New MLB.TV subscribers who are already ESPN Unlimited members can purchase an MLB.TV subscription for $134.99 instead of the usual $149.99.
New MLB.TV customers can subscribe via ESPN platforms and get a free one-month trial of ESPN Unlimited. All MLB.TV subscribers can access the service on both the MLB App and the ESPN App.
