As the 2025 Major League Baseball season inches closer, pitchers and catchers will report to their respective camps next month. We are now getting more official dates for the upcoming season.
Yesterday, Major League Baseball announced the official report dates for all thirty teams. The Los Angeles Dodgers will report on Tuesday, February 11th, and the first full-squad workout is slated for Saturday, February 15th.
However, ESPN has just announced its tentative early-season game schedule, which will kick off on Sunday, March 30th, between the Atlanta Braves and San Diego Padres.
The Dodgers are getting extra love on the national media front. They have four games, which is tied for the most on the list with the New York Mets.
The Dodgers’ first Sunday Night game will be on April 13th against the Chicago Cubs at Dodger Stadium, but they also have a few marquee matchups with the New York Yankees, New York Mets, and the Atlanta Braves.
Like last season when the Dodgers and Padres kicked off the season in Seoul, South Korea, ESPN will nationally televise the two-game series between the Dodgers and Cubs in Tokyo, Japan, on March 18th and 19th.
