Dodgers News: Justin Wrobleski Recalled; Landon Knack Optioned

ST. LOUIS, MO— The Los Angeles Dodgers have recalled left-handed pitcher Justin Wrobleski from Triple-A OKC for tonight’s game against the St. Louis Cardinals. In order to make room on the 26-man roster, the team has optioned righty Landon Knack.
Worbleski, 24, will get another opportunity to start for Los Angeles. The team opted to go with a traditional starter for Game One of a three-game weekend series against the Cardinals.
So far this season, Justin Wrobleski is 1-1 with an 8.00 ERA. However, he tossed four scoreless innings in his last appearance against the Athletics at Dodger Stadium on May 15th.
Knack was yesterday’s starter, and since the team needed arms for the bullpen, it makes sense why it opted to send him down.
