Dodgers News: Landon Knack Rejoins Dodgers in Seattle for Season Finale
Landon Knack is with the Dodgers in Seattle...

*Andrew Heaney was Optioned to Triple-A*
SEATTLE, WA—As the Los Angeles Dodgers gear up for their final game of the 2025 Major League Baseball regular season, the team has reportedly recalled right-handed pitcher Landon Knack from Triple-A Oklahoma City for today’s game.
Like yesterday, with today’s game having no impact on their postseason seeding, the Dodgers are looking for arms to eat innings as they try to rest key pitchers on the staff.
Yesterday, that job fell on veteran left-hander Andrew Heaney, who was added to the roster and relieved right-handed pitcher Tyler Glasnow after he tossed three scoreless innings.
Heaney was less than stellar in his return to the Dodgers, allowing three earned runs on four hits in two innings of work, but he got the job done, bridging the door to the Dodgers’ bullpen.
Knack hasn’t had the best season for the Dodgers this season, only getting minimal opportunities at the beginning of the season while posting a 6.66 ERA in Triple-A.
While the move has yet to be offically announced, it’s safe to assume that Heaney will bite the bullet and be optioned back to Triple-A. If not, one of the Dodgers’ relief pitchers with options like Henriiquez could be the move.
