Dodgers News: Ryan Loutos Recalled; Noah Davis Optioned

LOS ANGELES, CA— Prior to the start of tonight’s game against the New York Mets, the Los Angeles Dodgers announced that they’ve recalled right-handed pitcher Ryan Loutos from Triple-A OKC.
To make room on the active 26-man roster, the Dodgers optioned right-handed pitcher Noah Davis.
It will be Loutos’s second stint with the Dodgers at the Major League level after making his Dodgers debut on May 16th, where the righty allowed two runs on three hits against the Los Angeles Angels.
Overall, Loutos has a career 5.40 ERA across 4.1 innings between his time with the Los Angeles Angels and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Davis will return to Triple-A after a solid two-inning performance, yetstersay for the Dodgers bullpen, but with a four-game series coming up and no confirmed starter for the fourth game, the Dodgers will need fresh arms for the week.
