For the first time, Dodgers fans can stream Spectrum SportsNet LA without a traditional cable package. Spectrum is launching SNLA+, a standalone streaming subscription that provides direct access to the Dodgers’ television network.
Spectrum SportsNet LA has partnered with MLB to launch SNLA+, a new streaming platform that provides live access to all SportsNet LA programming, including Dodgers games. Starting today, March 17, SNLA+ will be available through the MLB app and MLB.com, expanding viewing options for fans. For fans who prefer a standalone streaming option, SNLA+ will also be available for direct purchase at $29.99 monthly or $199.99 for an annual subscription, which expires on January 31, 2026. Subscriptions can be purchased at MLB.com/sportsnetla.
This marks a significant shift in Dodgers game distribution. Many Southern California fans struggled to access Spectrum SportsNet LA for years due to exclusive cable agreements. Previously, Spectrum required fans to have a cable package that included SportsNet LA, making it difficult for cord-cutters to watch games.
Spectrum TV subscribers with a SportsNet LA package can stream SNLA+ at no additional cost by accessing it through the MLB app and MLB.com. Spectrum Internet and Mobile customers who do not have a TV subscription will also be able to access SNLA+ through an inclusion offer. To do so, they must authenticate their credentials at MLB.com/getdodgers.
SNLA+ delivers 24/7 streaming access to SportsNet LA’s full lineup, including live Dodgers games, pre- and postgame coverage, and original programming. Fans who accessed in-market Dodgers streaming in 2024 through Spectrum’s Internet and Mobile offer will need to re-authenticate at MLB.com/getdodgers to continue watching SNLA+ at no extra cost.
Now, through a partnership between Spectrum SportsNet LA and MLB, SNLA+ offers live streaming access to all SportsNet LA programming, including Dodgers games. Starting today, March 17, SNLA+ is available through the MLB app and MLB.com, expanding viewing options for fans.
The launch of SNLA+ offers greater flexibility for Dodgers fans, making it easier to follow the team without a cable package. This move reflects a broader shift in sports broadcasting as teams and networks adapt to the growing demand for streaming options.
