Early this morning on the West Coast, Francys Romero posted on X that the San Diego Padres are out on signing Roki Sasaki. The Padres will begin signing their projected international players. It needs to be noted that there has been no official statement from the Padres organization on Mr. Romero’s post.

There has been another post from Mike Rodriguez that the Los Angeles Dodgers are close to a deal with Sasaki. Again, there has been no official statement from the Los Angeles Dodgers.

With all the rumors and news from reporters already this morning. It’s looking like Roki Sasaki and his agent maybe close to making a selection on what team he will be signing with. If all these reports are true, the two teams that are left on Sasaki’s list is the Toronto Blue Jays and Los Angeles Dodgers.
