The Dodgers Double A affiliate Tulsa Drillers go on the road to open the season against San Diego Padres affiliate Fort Wayne TinCaps. Tier 4 number 25 prospect LHP Justin Wrobleski took the mound for the Drillers. Wrobleski is an under rated pitcher for the Dodgers farm system and made his Double A debut tonight.

Wrobleski pitched a solid game for Tulsa and ended the night with 5IP / 3H / 1ER / 6K / 1H / 1.80ERA. Tulsa gets on the board first with a Brandon Davis sacrifice fly to score Jose Ramos. Tulsa took a 5-1 lead into the bottom of the ninth when things got a little interesting.

RH Sauryn Lao came into the nineth inning replacing RH Braydon Fisher to close the game out. Lao gave up three runs and got bailed out by RF Lolo Sanchez who caught a fly ball than threw a laser to third base for the game ending double play. Tulsa took the opener with a 6-4 win over the TinCaps.

Tulsa Drillers have a solid defense this year, with standouts CF Jose Ramos, top prospect C Dalton Rushing, SS Austin Gauthier, LF Lolo Sanchez, and C Diego Caratya who had a solid game hitting as DH. The Drillers are going to be an exciting team to watch this year.
