The Matt Kemp trade to the San Diego Padres is being held up. After taking his physical on Tuesday, it was revealed that he has arthritis in both hips. The Padres will continue to evaluate their options. Kemp has a slow start in the first half of 2014 and he turned that around with an impressive second half of the 2014 season.
