LOS ANGELES – Viva Los Dodgers presented by State Farm and Time Warner Cable, now in its sixth season, will start Sunday, April 19 at 11:00 a.m. prior to the 1:10 p.m. game against the Colorado Rockies. Auto gates open at 10:30 a.m. and Viva Los Dodgers takes place at the historic 76 station. Dodger first baseman Adrian Gonzalez will make a special appearance from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Gonzalez will officially launch his community program, Adrian Gonzalez’s Viva Los Dodgers Days.

The Dodgers will lead off this season of Viva Los Dodgers with a Mexican heritage celebration. Fans are encouraged to arrive early for a chance to take a photo with Gonzalez. Blue Prints will provide one complimentary photo per family or group. Dodger alumnus and broadcaster Manny Mota will also sign autographs from 11:30 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. Musical entertainment will be provided by Latin Grammy-nominated Trio Ellas and Mexican regional artist Jesus Mendoza.
Viva Los Dodgers takes place each Sunday of every homestand two hours prior to game. The season-long initiative celebrates Latino culture in Los Angeles and the legacy of Latino Dodgers past and present at a family-friendly pregame festival at the historic 76 station. The event is free with a game-day ticket. All Dodger fans are welcome. Gonzalez and his wife, Betsy, will launch Adrian Gonzalez’s Viva Los Dodgers Days Sunday.

“Viva Los Dodgers is a great family event I’ve been a part of since I joined the club and I’m happy to take some time Sunday to meet some fans,” said Gonzalez. “My wife Betsy and I are also pleased to host families for Viva Los Dodgers because we want families who might not have the means to come here to experience a Sunday at Dodger Stadium. We think what we do in the community is just as important as what I do on the field. This is a special program to us.”

Adrian and Betsy will host 72 fans per game (18 families of four) and provide one parking pass per each group of four starting Sunday and continuing throughout the 2015 season: May 3 (1:10 p.m. vs. Diamondbacks), May 17 (1:10 p.m. vs. Rockies), May 24 (1:10 p.m. vs. Padres), June 7 (TBD vs. Cardinals), June 21 (TBD vs. Giants), July 5 (1:10 p.m. vs. Mets), July 12 (1:10 p.m. vs. Brewers), August 2 (TBD vs. Angels), August 16 (1:10 p.m. vs. Reds), August 30 (TBD vs. Cubs), September 20 (1:10 p.m. vs. Pirates) and October 3 (6:10 p.m. vs. Padres).
