Who’s in & who’s out?

The Dodgers optioned right-handed pitcher Kyle Hurt to the minors before Sunday Night Baseball to make room for Nabil Crismatt. The Dodgers will be unable to recall Hurt until 15 days after the option, so he will be missing from this series.

Blake Treinen and Brusdar Graterol, who were projected to be on the domestic Opening Day roster, will still be on the IL until at least May, barring any changes.

For the Giants Wilmer Flores exited Sunday’s matchup with the Padres in the top of the second inning with a right shoulder contusion, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports. Flores was forced to leave Sunday’s series finale with San Diego without even getting an at-bat after he went head over heels into the dugout trying to catch a foul ball in the bottom of the first inning.

Flores will likely undergo additional testing. His status for this series is questionable. Wilmer Flores is batting .268 with 81 hits, 11 homers, 33 RBIs, and 33 runs scored in 86 games versus the Dodgers in his career.

Giants catcher Joey Bart will also not be in this series as he was DFA’d by the club yesterday to make room on the 40-man roster for Daulton Jefferies.
