Who’s in & who’s out?

On April 13th, the Dodgers placed right-handed pitchers Bobby Miller and Connor Brogdon on the 15-day IL, and both will be out for this series.

With Bobby Miller’s injury, the Dodgers are strategizing to maintain their competitive edge. Manager Dave Roberts has announced that the starting rotation will be filled with an arm from Triple-A. The team will also likely run out another bullpen game, with Kyle Hurt expected to be recalled this series.

Walker BuehlerBrusdar Graterol, and Blake Treinen are also a ways away from returning and will be unavailable until May.

The Nationals will be without former Dodgers prospect Josiah Gray, who was shut down with elbow soreness, the latest in a long list of pitcher injuries this season. They will also be without center fielder Victor Robles, who is out with a hamstring injury.

Nationals catcher Keibert Ruiz is also listed as day-to-day with an illness, but he is likely to return to action on Monday. The Nationals are also calling up left-handed pitching prospect Mitchell Parker, who will make his Major League debut on Monday.
